A successful Documentum deployment leads to more users of the system, and more documents being managed. As with most applications, it makes sense to do periodic reviews of the health of the system to anticipate any signs that indicate potential issues further ahead. • Maintainability and supportability – Can the system be supported efficiently and cost-effectively? Can it be maintained independently of the original developers?
• Security – Are the rules and processes for security management appropriate?
