The purpose of our DocFlow product for Documentum is to make complex workflows easy. It meets the particular needs of regulated industries, or just those process environments where it is important to know who received which document, when they received it, and what they did with it.

It manages distributions to all recipients, whether they are Documentum users or not. The distributions can also include transmittals to external partners, whose contributions can be monitored and audited.

DocFlow comes with templates for predefined workflow types for fast deployment.
