Supplier’s documents are easily imported by yourDCC. In fact, these could be emailed directly into yourDCC and it will load the documents into the correct location using the document numbering system.
yourDCC has a document rendition capability, which means that your 'wet-ink', signed off documents can easily be scanned, brought into yourDCC as a rendition and viewed complete with signatures.
yourDCC does not interfere with your company look and feel, it will sit comfortably into your organisation. The system can be configured to match your company look and feel and transmittal coversheets can be customised with your company logo and address.
yourDCC is licensed on a per server basis, monitored by licensing software. Corporate and site licenses can be arranged.
yourDCC has a facility to import XML information from legacy document control systems along with the appropriate files.
