DocFlow provides a feature rich transmittals management solution when your organisation has a contractual obligation to know exactly when and by whom information and documents have been received and reviewed. It provides an audit trail that tracks multiple document versions sent to internal and external stakeholders. External recipients don’t even have to be Documentum users for their receipt and responses to be logged.
DocMail is a complete email management solution for Documentum that will archive email messages and attachments in your content repository. Because it is standards based, it can work with a wide range of email software including Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes. You can set rules for automated archive management, easily retrieve emails and attachments from the repository and it is easy to install and use, requiring minimal training.
DocReporter allows you to interrogate your Documentum database for enhanced reporting with the capability to generate a huge range of reports. Our software developers have created a BusinessObjects rapid deployment template (RDT) that, once installed, enables you to use a simple drag-and-drop style report building approach. It includes all the features you would expect from BusinessObjects reporting functionality and allows you to distribute reports in a variety of formats that include PDF and XLS.
To accompany our suite of Documentum products, we have developed our Sensor real time infrastructure monitoring software. It is designed to alert you by email or SMS text message if your Documentum installation is experiencing problems, such as low disk capacity or network packet loss. This enables you to take action before your users are affected.
