A global consulting organisation had a requirement to replace a home-grown web publishing tool with a faster, more flexible solution capable of being scaled to accommodate their future requirements. They selected EMC2's Documentum to deliver the solution but needed the services of an organisation able to give the project direction.
Aptus provided a senior consultant who was well-versed in the selected EMC2 products and who had the necessary “hands-on” configuration and customisation experience, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with all people involved in the application including the end-users, the clients Infrastructure team, Developers, Analysts and the Project Manager.
Our consultant developed a Project Strategy which satisfied our customer’s immediate requirements and also had the capability to evolve and grow as required. As a result the project team had the confidence to move forward safe in the knowledge they were not creating a “dead-end” solution.
