Our customer provides a wide range of engineering, construction, operations and maintenance, logistics and project management services to the petrochemical, government and infrastructure markets.
Our customer had deployed Documentum as their corporate content management solution and was using it on all major projects. It was run and maintained by a central IT department providing access to users across the globe.
The department was burdened by the issues being raised and was unable to resolve them all in a timely fashion. We worked together with the customer to migrate the current systems to the Documentum Webtop.
The migration improved overall performance and eliminated the majority of problems. Left with fewer issues, the IT department is now able to look at developments to help the projects become more productive.
