Our management software ensures alerts are generated at the first sign of a problem, usually before a failure occurs so it can be dealt with without impacting end users and business processes.
Monitoring can be performed remotely and on 24/7/365 basis if required. We liaise with the hardware contractor for delivery of replacement parts and, depending on the type of contract either install the replacement ourselves or arrange for a licensed engineer to do it within the SLA.
